We maintain operational and fulfillment capabilities through designated facilities and inventory locations, including local inventory in Lebanon and Egypt where applicable, while serving customers across the MENA region. We are not a shipping, forwarding, or parcel-handling service. We operate as a traditional retail store.

2. General Conditions

By accessing this website or making a purchase from American Denim, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion, including cases involving suspicious activity or risk concerns. You agree not to misuse the website or engage in fraudulent or unauthorized behavior.

Delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information
Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
Additional courier fees resulting from address or contact errors

If inaccurate information prevents delivery or verification, we may require updated information before the order proceeds.

4. Product Availability

Our catalog includes items curated from authorized distributors and inventory managed through multiple fulfillment points. Product availability may change without notice.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, American Denim may:

Cancel the order
Offer a refund
Provide an alternative option when possible

We also reserve the right to limit quantities for fraud prevention or stock management purposes.

5. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order is submitted. Your final purchase price includes the product price and any applicable handling or administrative costs. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and authorized.

6. Fulfillment and Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled from local inventory in Lebanon, local stock in Egypt where available, or sourced from designated distribution partners in the United States, depending on product availability and destination. Some orders may require a procurement stage before being dispatched for final delivery.

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to:

Courier capacity and routing
Weather and environmental conditions
Seasonal or high-volume periods
Customer availability
Transit or internal processing factors

Once an order is handed to the delivery provider, responsibility for delivery attempts passes to the courier.

Delivery Attempts

Couriers will contact customers using the phone number provided. If the customer is unreachable or misses delivery attempts, re-delivery or handling fees may apply. American Denim is not responsible for delays caused by customer unavailability.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of boutique retail and multi-stage fulfillment, returns are limited.

Eligible for Review

Refunds or replacements may be approved only for:

Manufacturing defects
Incorrect items delivered

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographic evidence.

Items that have been worn, washed, or used
Items without original packaging
Personal items such as underwear, swimwear, socks, or earrings

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once delivery has been completed or recorded by the courier.
