Return & Refund Policy

American Denim is committed to offering high-quality products and ensuring a reliable shopping experience. Because of the nature of our fulfillment and delivery processes, returns and refunds are limited to specific cases as detailed below.
This policy works in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement may be issued only under the following circumstances:
- The item received is damaged at the time of delivery.
- The item contains a clear manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
To be eligible for review, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- The order number
- Clear photographs showing the issue
- A photograph of the packaging and any label or markings received
Requests submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product-handling reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Socks
- Earrings or jewelry that comes into contact with skin
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items without original packaging, branding, or labels
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered
Refunds are also not issued for:
- Change of mind
- Customer preference
- Incorrect size selection
- Fit or style dissatisfaction
- Delivery delays caused by couriers or procurement timelines
- Customer unavailability during delivery
- Refusal to accept the order
3. Condition Requirements
To qualify for review, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Show no signs of wear, odor, or damage not caused during shipment
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
4. Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank
- Refunds cover the product amount only and do not include discretionary fees or delivery costs where applicable
If a replacement item is available, customers may choose between a replacement or a refund.
American Denim reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on availability and circumstances.
5. Incorrect Address, Delivery Failure, and Customer Unavailability
American Denim is not responsible for:
- Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
- Missed courier calls
- Inaccessible delivery locations
- Delivery attempts where the customer is not reachable
- Packages returned or delayed due to customer unavailability
Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or address correction. Orders in these conditions may not qualify for refunds.
6. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked "Delivered" by the courier but is not received:
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours
- We will begin an investigation with the courier
- A replacement or store credit may be issued only if the courier confirms the package was lost prior to delivery
American Denim is not liable for theft or loss occurring after delivery is completed at the address provided.
Claims submitted after the required timeframe may not be eligible for review.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or been forwarded for fulfillment. If a cancellation request is made earlier, we will attempt to accommodate it, but approval is not guaranteed.
Processing begins shortly after an order is placed, and items may be allocated immediately based on inventory availability.
8. How to Submit a Refund Request
To request a refund or report an issue, contact:

Refund and replacement decisions are made at the sole discretion of American Denim based on this policy.
