American Denim delivers across the MENA region, with focus on Lebanon and Egypt as our primary markets. Orders are fulfilled through a combination of internal inventory (located in Lebanon and, where available, Egypt), regional distribution partners, and approved delivery providers operating from the United States. Depending on product availability and destination, orders may ship directly from local inventory or undergo a procurement stage before final delivery.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the processing, handling, and delivery of customer orders.

1. Order Processing

All orders undergo a verification and preparation stage before dispatch. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, though processing time may be extended during high-demand periods, for product-specific checks, or due to operational requirements.

Once processing has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

American Denim reserves the right to adjust processing times at its discretion based on inventory allocation and fulfillment needs.

2. Fulfillment & Delivery Methods

Fulfillment depends on the destination market and product availability.

A. Lebanon Delivery (Primary Market)

If the ordered item is available in our Lebanon-based inventory:

  • The order is transferred directly to our local delivery partners.
  • Delivery is typically faster and follows standard Lebanese courier schedules.
  • Customers will receive delivery coordination by phone when applicable.

Delivery times within Lebanon may occasionally be affected by local circumstances beyond our control.

B. Egypt Delivery (Primary Market)

For orders placed within Egypt, fulfillment follows one of two pathways:

  • If the item is available in our Egypt-based stock, it is dispatched locally for faster delivery.
  • Otherwise, the item is sourced from the United States and shipped to Egypt before being handed over to a local courier for final delivery.

Standard delivery timeframe for Egypt is 7–14 business days. Any applicable customs or import duties on cross-border items follow Egyptian import regulations.

C. Other MENA Countries

We can arrange delivery to other countries across the MENA region, including Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and others, on request. Standard delivery timeframe is 7-14 business days. D. Procurement Before Delivery

If an item is not presently in local inventory in the destination market:

  • The item undergoes a procurement stage through one of our approved distribution channels.
  • Services such as DEX or other designated providers may be utilized during this stage.
  • Upon arrival in the destination country, the order is handed over to a local courier for final delivery to the customer.

American Denim retains full discretion over the fulfillment method used for each order.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on whether the order is fulfilled from local inventory or requires procurement, and on the destination market.

Local Inventory Delivery (Lebanon or Egypt)

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after processing.

Procurement Delivery (Lebanon, Egypt, and Other MENA Countries)

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after the procurement stage begins.

Delivery estimates are guidelines only. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Courier volume and routing
  • Weather or environmental conditions
  • Regional or operational constraints
  • Customer availability
  • Transit or internal processing delays

Variations in delivery times do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation unless an order is officially deemed undeliverable.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking availability may vary depending on the fulfillment path. Some stages of procurement or courier handling may not provide real-time tracking or may offer limited tracking visibility.

The absence or delay of tracking updates does not indicate an issue with the order.

Customers will receive updates whenever available from the delivery provider.

5. Delivery Coordination & Customer Responsibility

Delivery partners will contact customers using the phone number provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are reachable during the delivery period.

American Denim is not responsible for:

  • Missed courier calls
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable delivery information
  • Items returned or rerouted because the customer could not be contacted

Additional fees may apply for re-delivery, address correction, or rescheduling.

6. Delivery Completion & Transfer of Responsibility

Once a courier marks a package as Delivered, or delivery attempts have been documented, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

American Denim is not liable for:

  • Theft after delivery
  • Packages lost after final delivery
  • Items collected by a third party at the customer's location
  • Delays caused by access restrictions (gated buildings, security checks, etc.)

Customers are encouraged to monitor delivery windows and communicate any access needs in advance.

7. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment appears delayed or missing, customers must notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery window.

We will begin an investigation with the delivery provider. Resolution may include:

  • Redelivery
  • Replacement
  • Store credit

If a courier confirms delivery, American Denim cannot issue a refund for loss or theft occurring after delivery.

Claims filed after the required timeframe may not be eligible for review.

8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failures

If the address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete:

  • Delivery may fail or be delayed
  • Additional delivery or correction fees may apply
  • Refunds may not be issued for returned or undeliverable packages
  • Customers may need to provide updated information before redelivery

Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable in cases of customer error.

9. Operational Fulfillment Flexibility

American Denim reserves the right to:

  • Fulfill orders from any of its designated inventory points
  • Use any courier or procurement partner it deems appropriate
  • Consolidate or split shipments
  • Modify delivery methods based on operational needs
  • Allocate inventory across multiple locations

This operational flexibility enables efficient fulfillment and product availability.

10. Courier Independence

Delivery services used by American Denim operate as independent third-party providers. American Denim is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Courier handling procedures
  • Delivery scheduling
  • Lost or damaged items caused during courier transit unless confirmed by the provider

Couriers are not employees or agents of American Denim.

11. Force Majeure

American Denim is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Political unrest or instability
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier strikes
  • Unforeseen operational shutdowns

Such events do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
